This essential oil blend was formulated to be applied as a roll-on or a concentrate to use with a diffuser.  The essentail oils used may help to minimize mood swings as well as the intensity of such swings.  Massage the oil on areas such as the wrist, and behind the ears.  Use as often as needed.
