This essential oil blend was formulated to be used with a room diffuser or the diffuser bracelets available on this site.  The essentail oils used may help to minimize mood swings as well as the intensity of such swings.  Massage the oil on areas such as the wrist, and behind the ears.  When using a room diffuser, use the manufacturer's instructions to determine the number of drops to use.
